Ultimately, we aim to enhance equanimity, balance, health and well-being through a magical combination of Meditation and Philosophy. In fact, Meditation will be used a s a tool of relaxation, connection and awareness and Philosophy as the best guidance for well-being. So, you will be connecting with your best self with this well-being coaching. You will therefore relax, manage your stress and learn how to incorporate meditation in your daily life with beneficial results. This way, you will discover the most powerful and inspirational philosophical principles that offer great solutions in each era of crisis in a healthy way. In addition, you will understand how important it is to acknowledge your personal values and lead a life with meaning, with a personal inspirational goal.
